Advanced photoepilation technology – the Reach SL-B287 IPL hair removal device is a powerful and functional appliance designed for removing unwanted body and facial hair at home. Advanced IPL technology
The device emits intense pulsed light flashes directed at the pigment in the hair follicles. With regular use, hair growth gradually slows down, the amount of hair decreases and the skin remains smooth for longer.

9 adjustable intensity levels
You can choose from 9 light intensity levels and adjust the procedure according to your skin sensitivity and the body area being treated. When using the device for the first time, it is recommended to start with the lowest level and gradually increase it.

Skin contact sensor
The integrated skin contact sensor helps ensure safer use. A light pulse is emitted only when the light window is properly and fully pressed against the skin.

Cooling mode
The integrated cooling plate helps soothe the skin and reduce discomfort during the procedure. The cooling function can be used separately or together with the manual or automatic flash mode.

Manual and automatic flash modes
The manual mode is suitable for smaller and more sensitive areas, such as the face, underarms or bikini area. The automatic mode allows the device to emit flashes automatically, making it convenient for treating larger areas such as the legs, arms, chest or back.

Skin care and hair removal modes
The device’s operating mode depends on the selected intensity level:

• Intensity levels 1–2: the display shows SC mode, intended for gentler skin care and hair removal.
• Intensity levels 3–9: the display shows HR mode, intended for hair removal.

Two treatment area sizes
The device is suitable for treating different-sized body areas. The 3.6 cm² treatment area allows larger areas to be treated more quickly, while the 2.8 cm² treatment area is suitable for smaller areas requiring greater precision.

Compact and ergonomic design
The ergonomically shaped device is comfortable to hold and control during the procedure. Its compact body takes up little space, making it convenient to store at home or take with you when travelling.

Recommended usage schedule:

• Weeks 1–3: use 3 times per week
• Weeks 4–6: use 2 times per week
• After 6 weeks: use 1–2 times per month as needed

Preparation:

• Shave the hair: remove any hair above the surface of the skin before the procedure. It is recommended to do this approximately 2 hours before treatment.
• Clean the skin: the skin must be clean, dry, undamaged and free from cosmetics, perfumes, lotions or oils.
• Check the light window: make sure that it is free from dirt and hair.
• Perform a skin sensitivity test: before the first procedure and before using the device on a new body area, test it on a small patch of skin. Assess the skin’s reaction after 24 hours.
• Select the intensity level: start with the lowest level and gradually increase it if your skin tolerates the procedure well.
• Put on the protective glasses: use the included protective glasses during the procedure.

Procedure:

• Connect the power cable to the device and an electrical outlet.
• Briefly press the power button.
• Select the appropriate intensity level.
• Activate the skin cooling function if desired.
• Place the light window vertically and firmly against the skin.
• In manual mode, press the flash button for each area being treated.
• To activate automatic mode, press and hold the flash button for 3 seconds.
• Move the device evenly across the selected area until the entire desired area has been treated.

After the procedure:

• Wait approximately 15 minutes after the procedure and apply a gentle skin moisturiser.
• Avoid exposing the treated skin to direct ultraviolet radiation for at least 24 hours.
• Do not use harsh skincare products.
• Switch off the device and disconnect it from the power supply.
• Remove any hair and skincare product residue from the device.
• Clean the light window and cooling plate with a soft, dry cloth.
